As the Agriculture Case Manager, you are required to help solve our Agriculture customer's financial needs by delivering a superior service experience and balancing commercial outcomes. You will work with both internal & external business partners and Credit teams to provide holistic and tailored solutions to identifying, and managing customer, financial and risk impacts for our agricultural clients.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Complete end to end reviews to guarantee to a high quality of customer experience and commercial outcomes across all brands, all products, and all channels. 
- Be committed to putting our customers at the heart of everything you do and working to meet all their financial needs through our range of products and services. 
- Work with partners (new and existing) to source or develop new capabilities that can support the business in providing our customers with market leading solutions. 
- Use findings from AFCA determinations, lending reviews and customer complaints to determine appropriate action when accelerating enforcement proceedings. 
- Sharing key learning's with the broader Business team, driving a culture of ongoing process improvement and development of timely, policy-appropriate, and commercially sound decisions

**What do I need?** 
- Three years' experience working in agribusiness, as a practitioner, Agribusiness Manager or equivalent. 
- A deep understanding of a specific industry sector (e.g. grain, cotton, beef) and the ability to adapt that experience to comfortably work across other agribusiness sectors. 
- Experience in working with customers in hardship, having a strong focus on empathy and customer service and an appreciation of the sensitivities surrounding agribusiness (such as the impact of drought and other external factors; intergenerational connection to the land)
