We're Hiring – Admin / Personal Assistant
We're a small, family-run plumbing business looking for a motivated and reliable Admin/PA to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, can take direction and independent.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing daily admin tasks including emails, invoicing, and job bookings.
* Checking, preparing and submitting written and photographic reports.
* Helping with social media, website updates and general office duties.
* Coordinating bookings with customers, sub-contractors and our team.
* Assisting with scheduling and diary management.
What we're looking for:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Great phone communication and customer service.
* Computer and software skills - ideally experience with Quickbooks invoicing software or similar.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* A positive attitude and willingness to support a small, growing team.
