The role
Project Engineer Join one of Australia's leading commercial fitout and refurbishment contractors. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across workplace, healthcare, government, education, retail and hospitality sectors. Projects typically range from $10M-$50M, offering the opportunity to lead complex projects with the support of an established, high-performing team. Senior CAs looking to step up, also urged to apply. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects Manage RFIs, procurement schedules, subcontractor coordination and project documentation Monitor project programmes, budgets and cost reporting Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout delivery Support contract administration, variations and project reporting processes Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project management systems Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders About You Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and construction processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment Procore / Acconex experience highly regarded Jobpac / Vista / Cheopps experience highly regarded Why Join?
