About the opportunity As our organisation continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Manager/BDM to support and grow our client accounts across the Western Sydney region. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, driving growth and building your own network within the industry. As a key member of our team, your main responsibilities will include: Managing and growing a portfolio of long-term existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery Partner closely with clients to understand workforce needs, forecast labour requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions Conduct regular client inductions, site visits, toolboxes and workforce planning meetings to maintain service quality, address challenges and strengthen partnerships Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and monitor performance Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies About You To be successful in this opportunity, you will bring: Previous account management or sales experience Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential - enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key A valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Flexibility with working hours to accommodate clients and business needs A passion for operational excellence and delivering high quality client service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high-volume accounts and consistently achieve targets A collaborative, team focused mindset Love to be on the road meeting people and building relationships High attention to detail Why you'll love working with us Joining Staff Australia means becoming part of one of Australia's most respected and successful recruitment organisations - a place where your contribution genuinely makes an impact and your success is celebrated.
