Indian Kitchen Operations Lead


A culinary leader is required to oversee the kitchen operations in Newcastle-Maitland. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Chef and Cook to lead a team and drive food preparation.




Key Responsibilities:



* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

* Lead a team of kitchen staff

* Develop menus and recipes that showcase Indian cuisine

* Manage inventory and supplies





Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:
