Role Description
As a Site Engineer, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, particularly in civil engineering with a focus on piling. Your responsibilities encompass on-site supervision, coordination, and maintenance of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. You engage in pre-project briefings, oversee site crews, and maintain precise documentation. Adhering to OH&S and quality systems, you contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate closely with project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively and safely. Your expertise in equipment operation, meticulous record-keeping, and strong communication skills are integral to the successful completion of projects, often of substantial value and complexity.
