Construction manager with transmission lines experience Your new company A leading global EPC contractor is delivering large-scale transmission line projects across Australia and is seeking an experienced Construction Manager Transmission Lines to lead complex, high-risk construction activities from early works through to commissioning.This role will be responsible for the end-to-end construction delivery of overhead transmission lines, managing large site teams, subcontractors, and interfaces across design, commissioning, and client stakeholders. Your new role As Construction Manager, you will take ownership of on-site construction execution, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements.Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end transmission line construction, including: Access roads and temporary works Tower foundations Structure erection Stringing, sagging, clipping, and commissioning support Leading construction activities in live-line environments or adjacent to existing assets (where applicable)Overseeing large-scale site operations across multiple work fronts Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractors and construction crews Driving schedule performance and construction productivity Ensuring strict compliance with HSE, quality, and project governance standards Providing clear reporting on progress, risk, and cost to senior project leadership What you'll need to succeed You will be a hands-on Construction Manager with: significant experience in major transmission or linear infrastructure projects.
