Lead Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading diverse projects while mentoring junior talent and working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Oversee project setup, budgeting, and trade letting
o Manage day-to-day site operations and client relationships
o Lead financial tracking, progress claims, and subcontractor approvals
o Use Microsoft Project for programming and ProcurePro for project management
o Attend tender meetings and engage contractors
o Ensure safety compliance using Hammertech
o Mentor and support a Cadet CA.

What You'll Get in Return:
* Salary commensurate with experience - $150k - $160K base + Super ideally, possibly more for the right candidate with lots of experience
* Based in Geebung, with flexibility to work from Maroochydore or Warana
* Minimum 2 days/week in Geebung
* Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
