Job Description:
The Building Services Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a portfolio of aged care and retirement living assets.
This includes ensuring the continued flow of communication as the organisation undergoes significant change, including the implementation of a strategic asset management plan and rollout of new technology, contracts and processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing routine maintenance programs across mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, as well as mapping and overseeing lifecycle programs.
A key aspect of this role is scoping and delivering refurbishments and minor capital projects to strict timelines, requiring strong project management expertise.
We are seeking an experienced facilities management professional with a proven track record of delivering FM operations and asset lifecycle management programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in CMMS platforms, adherence to work order requests and compliance checklists, financial and productivity reporting, and compiling large volumes of asset data.
A deep understanding of regulatory codes in the retirement living and aged care sectors is highly beneficial.
