Safety & Training Advisor – Underground Mining
This role would ideally suit someone from a contract mining background who's ready to join a small, tight-knit team with real career progression once you've got runs on the board.
If you're looking for your next step to be impactful, want to work autonomously, and exercise initiative, this could tick a few boxes for you. It's not for everyone—but if you're ready to join an upcoming mining company with a big 2026 planned, this could be for you.
What's on Offer:
* Small team environment with ability to really grow with a company
* 8/6 roster for work-life balance.
* Owner-operator mine with leaders invested in your success.
About the Role
As a Safety & Training Partner, you'll play a key role in embedding safety initiatives and building strong partnerships with site leaders and crews. Your focus will be on driving safety culture and delivering training that makes a difference.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar role at an operational underground mine.
* Familiarity with underground mobile equipment operation.
* Working knowledge of WHS / DMIRS Acts, Regulations, and reporting requirements.
* Diploma in WHS (or similar), Cert IV in Training & Assessment, current First Aid.
