About the role
An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory at Calvary St Vincent's Hospital, Launceston.
This is a full-time, permanent role, providing clinical and operational leadership within a high-acuity procedural environment. You will work collaboratively with senior medical staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while driving service improvement and staff development.
Your main duties will include
* Leadership and operational management of the Cardiac Cath Lab
* Clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement
* Workforce management, performance and staff development
About you
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Experience leading teams in a procedural or critical care setting
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical governance and quality systems
* Strong communication, leadership and change management skills
