Job Description
We're seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our dynamic sales team and provide essential administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly.
In this key role, you'll work closely with the sales team to coordinate account activities, create accurate performance reports, manage service escalations, and maintain customer data in Salesforce CRM.
You'll also support onboarding and service requests, such as redirections and returns, and identify opportunities to improve reporting and support processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate account activities, including rate reviews, contract renewals, tenders, and reporting
* Create and deliver accurate performance reports to stakeholders
* Manage service escalations with professionalism and urgency
* Maintain customer data and contact hierarchies in Salesforce CRM
* Support onboarding and service requests, such as redirections and returns
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting and support processes
Requirements
* Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or account management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
* Understanding of transport/logistics operations (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
