St Andrews Beach Golf Course is one of Australia's premier pay-to-play golf courses and was recently ranked 14th in Golf Australia's Top 100 Courses.
Managed by Golf Services Management on behalf of a private owner, the course is located in the famous Cups region of the Mornington Peninsula and was designed by internationally renowned golf course architect Tom Doak.
The Role
As a Golf & Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience across Golf Operations, Retail, and Food & Beverage. This is a varied, hands‐on role suited to motivated individuals who enjoy working in a customer‐focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Golf Operations
* Golf operations administration and customer service
* Opening and closing the Operations Centre, including minor housekeeping
* Front counter service and tee sheet / time sheet management
* Coordination of golf activity including:
o 1st tee control
o Course marshalling
o Cart fleet management
* Implementing and supporting operational policies and procedures
* Managing customer payments
* Managing future tee bookings and payments
* Competition administration and management
* Managing group bookings (social and corporate)
* Assisting in delivering a consistent, first‐class facility experience
Retail
* Selling golf merchandise
* Presenting the retail space in a clean and professional manner
* Assisting with stock control and ordering
Food & Beverage
* Front of house service including orders, delivery, bar, and barista duties
* Minor housekeeping duties
* Assisting back of house team as required
* Assisting with stock control and ordering
About You
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the customer‐facing team. You will be:
* Highly motivated with a strong customer service focus
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, multi‐disciplinary role
* Willing to learn and follow policies and procedures
Knowledge of golf and experience in food & beverage service is preferred; however, training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates commitment and a positive attitude.
Acurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is amandatory requirement.

* Casual position
* Hours primarily available on peak trading days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, ranging from dawn to dusk
