We are seeking a conscientious Assistant Store Manager with a flair for retail to join our Cairns and Smithfield teams and help us create lasting customer experiences.
You will be the heartbeat of our Optus store, working alongside the Store Manager to deliver excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost team performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Leading and inspiring: Coach, mentor, and develop your team to shine and succeed.Managing operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly, remains welcoming, and is filled with positive energy.Customer service: Resolve inquiries with patience and care, leaving customers satisfied.Training new team members: Support onboarding by providing the tools and knowledge needed for success.What makes you a great fit?
