Role Overview The Digital Projects Manager will manage a range of small hardware and software technology projects aligned with Thales EO Services strategy to introduce digital solutions into its Operating Model. These solutions will modernise legacy processes, enabling the business to deliver a customer-focused EO supply chain powered by data and digital technology.The manager will lead a team comprising the EO Services Software Developer and the Digital Solutions Support Officer to introduce innovative customer-facing digital solutions and new ways of working. They will collaborate with the EO Services Planning & Analysis Centre to ensure digital solutions provide high-quality data for timely and accurate decision-making in the ADF EO supply chain. Experience & Qualifications Diploma of Project Management or higher.Strong project management skills, especially in deploying digital solutions in remote locations.Technical writing skills.Knowledge of Web Technologies, Containerisation, Virtualisation, Mobile Device Management, Cloud technologies.Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and productivity tools.Experience with Warehousing or Logistics Software.Knowledge of Australian Defence programs.
