Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
* Development & Customization: Create and customize Salesforce applications, modules, and components.
* Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third‐party applications.
* Apex & Visualforce: Utilize Apex programming and Visualforce pages for building complex business logic.
* LWC Development: Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive user interfaces.
* Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing of solutions and efficiently deploy to production environments.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
* Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* At least 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
* Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Proven experience with Salesforce development and customization.
* Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud is a plus.
* Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third‐party integrations.
* Understanding of data modeling and management within Salesforce.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills.
* Proficiency in:
o Apex
o Visualforce
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Salesforce Flow
o Process Builder
o Validation Rules
o Custom Objects and Fields
o Trigger development
o REST/SOAP API integrations
* Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies would be highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Copado, Gearset) would be a great addition.
