Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a high standard of customer service within the showroom
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored furniture solutions
* Promote and sell a wide range of furniture products
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed about new ranges
* Process customer orders and payments accurately
* Ensure the showroom is well-presented at all times
* Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support where required
Skills & Experience
* Previous retail sales experience is essential (furniture or home interiors preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident sales approach with a customer-first mindset
* Ability to build long-term customer relationships
* Target-driven and results-focused
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable using POS systems and basic IT tools
