* Cross-Functional Transition: Collaborate with the Sales, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transfer of knowledge and a frictionless transition from \"Implementation\" to \"Ongoing Support\" status.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key implementation metrics, including implementation timings, client satisfaction (CSAT), and completion rates.
* Customer Support: Be prepared to jump in to provide additional support via email, phone, or video calls with product questions and adoption guidance.
About You
* Work Experience: No prior SaaS experience is required; we will train you on everything you need to know. 1-2 years of experience in a professional working environment is preferred but not required.

* Organisational Management: Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to prioritise multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Aptitude: A demonstrable ability to learn new software applications quickly and a high level of comfort with digital collaboration tools.
