Outstanding base salary + uncapped commission
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and drive growth in B2B software, SaaS, or business process solutions.
- Win new clients and maintain a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Navigate finance process automation (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow tools) or broader workflow/business process automation projects.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles (6–12 months) with multiple stakeholders.
- Engage in digital transformation projects and sell into companies modernising their systems.
- Partner with C-level executives (CFO, CIO, COO) and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong consultative selling skills — listens, diagnoses problems, and matches the right solution.
- Able to map corporate processes (finance, workflow, document management) and identify inefficiencies.
- Excellent presentation & demo skills — confident in front of executives.
- Negotiation and proposal-building expertise.
- Collaborative mindset — works well with internal sales, marketing, vendors, and partners.

- Industry network within the corporate sector in Queensland.
- Prior experience working with/through strategic software vendors or partners.
- Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or workflow automation tools.
