Project Overview
The Project is a greenfield mining, process, material handling and ship loading project with a focus on sustaining production, minimising environmental impacts, strengthening long‐term relationships with neighbouring communities and fostering local economic development.
Job Summary
* Implement project risk management tools, procedures, and frameworks across projects.
* Develop technical responses to proposals and consult with customer teams where necessary.
* Deliver project risk management programs aligned with ISO:31000.
* Facilitate with an ability to maintain participant engagement for high‐level risk workshops, risk meetings and reviews.
* Establish a clear understanding internally and externally of risk context (project specific).
* Effectively interact across all layers of the project to influence risk culture.
* Other responsibilities as designated.
* Conduct workshops as required by the project.
Education And Experience Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years' experience working in projects ideally within construction or infrastructure.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in dedicated roles managing project risk management.
Required Knowledge And Skills
* Demonstrated experience in qualitative risk management and a good understanding of quantitative risk management.
* Experience responding to proposal requests is advantageous.
* Experience with software packages is required; experience with ARM is advantageous.
* Relevant recognised Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certification.
* Experience in the infrastructure, heavy civil, aviation, rail, tunnelling, renewables, mining, or construction sectors is mandatory.
* Working rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
