We are seeking a dedicated sales professional with a passion for insurance to join our Western Australia Team.
The role
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify mortgage brokers who want to ensure their customers are protected against on life's risks and offer our solutions. The role requires a proactive sales and dynamic approach to driving success within the mortgage broker network.

* High level of motivation, self-discipline and ability to work independently and part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to motivate, train and mentor others to achieve their goals
* Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand broker's and customer's needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
