About The Role
Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the store's bakery department, to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters and much more.
Responsibilities
Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
Ability to supervise a team
An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit
Accurate team member rosteringPassion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
