About The Role
This role is ideal for a Radiographer who enjoys working collaboratively and is flexible across CT and/or general X-ray imaging. You will work alongside our existing CT/XR Radiographer and a wider team of Sonographers, supporting the smooth day-to-day delivery of imaging services.
The role is part-time/Full time, with flexible hours and operates Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm. There is no weekend or after-hours work.
We are open to both experienced radiographers and graduates. Training and support will be provided, particularly for candidates wishing to develop their confidence in CT and interventional radiology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Performing CT and general X-ray examinations to a high clinical standard.
* Working closely with our lead Radiographer and Sonography team to manage daily workflow.
* Providing a calm, professional and reassuring experience for patients.
* Collaborating with radiologists and referrers to support accurate and timely diagnostic outcomes.
* Managing imaging documentation and image handling using Kestral RIS and Inteleviewer PACS.
* Completing routine equipment checks and escalating any issues impacting quality or safety.
* Contributing positively to team communication, culture and patient experience.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent qualification.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.
* Valid EPA SA Radiation License or eligibility to obtain.
* Experience in CT and/or general radiography or willingness to be trained.
* Strong patient communication skills and a caring, professional manner.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to safe imaging practice.
* Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team environment.
* Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
