We seek well-rounded general strategy consultants who can balance creativity, analytics, and pragmatism to deliver meaningful outcomes. * Experienced strategy consultants with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience
* Experience with hypothesis-driven strategic problem-solving and the top-down thinking methodologies used by top-tier strategy firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, L.E.K., Strategy&, Accenture), whether gained within these firms, similar high-caliber firms, or in-house consulting teams.
* Effective communicators with experience presenting to senior-level clients (Exec, GM, Deputy Secretary, C-Level), including a demonstrated ability to think on their feet and engage across multiple communication mediums including verbal/face-to-face as well as written material in summary form (PowerPoint) or detailed prose form (Word).
* Pragmatic high-achievers who strive for top-tier results while maintaining a practical, outcome-driven approach.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in strategy and/or management consulting is essential
