ACT Stainless Steel is an Australian locally owned business, we specialise mainly in the manufacture of fabricated products for Commercial Kitchen and Bar fitouts.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to install commercial kitchen equipment on various projects across ACT & NSW areas. You will work with project managers, technicians, and builders to ensure equipment is installed safely and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
* Install commercial kitchen equipment
* Assist with positioning and securing stainless steel equipment
* Read and interpret drawings and installation plans
* Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades on site
* Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
* Attend site inductions and follow WHS requirements
Skills & Experience
* Experience installing commercial kitchen equipment (preferred)
* Experience in construction, stainless steel fabrication, or mechanical installation
* Ability to read basic drawings and plans
* White Card (required)
* Asbestos & Silica Cert
* Driver’s licence (required)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
