They are seeking to employ an additional Service Advisor to join there busy service office team. The dealership offers security of tenure, career progression opportunities and a friendly working atmosphere. The service department trades Monday to Friday and is closed on Saturdays. In the future, Saturday work may become available and if so will be paid additionally. Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a service advisor, ideally but not necessarily in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong interpersonal, people-handling, costing and organisational skills, be seeking a long term position, and in addition be motivated equally by customer satisfaction and profitability. Salary envisaged for this position will consist of a retainer up to around $70k (negotiable), Super, Commission Structure and Car Allowance.
