About Our Client
Our client is a market-leading organisation, known for professionalism and strong engagement across their business. They are currently undertaking a payroll system migration and require a skilled analyst to support testing and validation activities across the project.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Lead, your duties will include:
- Validate migrated employee data for accuracy and completeness
- Run comparative pay checks between legacy and new systems
- Log, track and reconcile defects
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support payroll operations and testing as required
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Payroll testing experience with UKG
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation
- Excellent communication skills across technical and payroll teams
- Ability to start immediately and commit for the full contract term
