Concentis are partnering with a tier-1 mining asset owner to source a Project Lead - Digital and Tech with strong project management and digital expertise to deliver a major transformation program based in Gladstone.
This long-term opportunity will see you lead the transition of key operational systems and processes into a fully digital environment, enabling smarter, data-driven decision making across the business.
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating project delivery, managing diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of technology initiatives aligned with refinery operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transition projects, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables
* Engage and influence stakeholders across site and corporate teams to support project outcomes
* Drive data-focused initiatives, with the ability to read, interpret, and communicate data
* Utilise Power BI and site-specific data platforms to analyse trends, generate reports, and inform strategic decisions
* Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide clear updates to leadership
* Coordinate project resources and oversee integration of IT systems with operational processes
* Support change management and adoption of digital systems across the business
About You
* Strong project management experience, ideally within heavy industry or refinery operations
* Demonstrated ability to lead digital/technology-focused initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex information
