Job Description
Clinical care professionals are sought for a dynamic multidisciplinary team delivering care coordination services for children and youth. As a key member of the consortia, you will contribute to high-quality evidence-based clinical care, addressing service gaps and enhancing accessibility.
The role involves collaborating with a diverse coalition of partners, fostering collaboration among providers, and ensuring a sustainable, adaptable service responsive to community needs. You will work closely with other team members to deliver comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across Central Queensland.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage with people and advocate on their behalf. Experience in providing psychological services for children and youth is essential, particularly in early intervention and support of young people aged 5-25.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse
* General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist
* AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker
* Level 2 ACA registration/eligibility
1. Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to engage with people and advocate on their behalf
4. Eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue Card for paid employment
5. NDIS worker screening clearance for paid employment
