Early Childhood Teacher | Bendigo South
Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Bendigo South team in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, that inspire young minds and contributes to the growth and development of all children within the kindergarten age group.

About the role:
This is a full-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.
As the Early Childhood Teacher, your primary focus will be to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that nurtures the social, cultural, emotional, educational, and physical needs of every child. You will take the lead in designing and delivering educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, development, and learning of children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Create, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programs
* Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities
* Observing and documenting children's progress and development
* Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the community
* Develop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiatives
* Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
About you:
You are an enthusiastic and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for leading the development of high-quality, age-appropriate programs and engaging daily routines that spark a lifelong love of learning in young children. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping meaningful educational experiences while nurturing strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Key skills and requirements:
* ACECQA Approved Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check
* Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
* Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
* Current approved First Aid Certificate
* Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
