About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and the delivery of cleaning services across an allocated portfolio of assets, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

1. Primary liaison between our clients, making sure that our high standards are consistently met while leading and supporting on-site cleaning teams
2. Ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries and concerns
3. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients understanding and exceeding their expectations.
4. Lead and manage cleaning teams ensuring high quality services, operational targets and standards are met in accordance to contractual agreements
5. Perform regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with service and safety standards
6. Ensure adherence to WHS regulations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
7. Manage rosters, supply orders, and service delivery timelines to meet client and operational needs.
8. Maintain accurate records of site performance, incident reports, and client feedback

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Require

1. Demonstrated experience in a similar role managing client relationships and cleaning operations
2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to develop professional relationships and networks
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong organisational and time management skills
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing staff deliverables and client expectations
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
8. Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams
