A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a permanent full-time Credit Controller based at our Yatala site.
We are on the lookout for a highly personable and dedicated Credit Controller, who will play a pivotal role in our highly dynamic Finance Team.
What You'll Do
In this fast paced, high-volume role you will be responsible for ensuring an adequate cash flow for the company via collections from the debtor’s ledger, including but not limited to:
* Be responsible for the full accounts receivable process (end to end)
* Banking allocation and receipting of payments
* Collection calls and emails to customers
* Collaboration and rapport building with key stakeholders (Customers & Account Managers) to ensure timely payments
* Resolution and/or escalation of invoice queries
* Credit applications & debtor administration
* Manage all incoming queries in an efficient manner
What You'll Need
* Accounts receivable experience within a highly dynamic environment (essential)
* Strong MS Excel & MS Office Suite computer literacy skills
* CreditorWatch & SAP
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Sound analytical and problem solving skills
* A team player with strong focus on customer service
* Proven background in handling a large customer ledger within a fast-paced environment
