Job Description
How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader who will be responsible for:
* Leading and coaching a team of Consultants
* Overseeing the team's performance and quality
* Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
* Mentoring and training junior staff members
* Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own.
* Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce as required.
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role:
* Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, or Rehab Counselling
* Current Vehicle and Driver's Licence and ability to travel for work
* Minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
* Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
* Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
* Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow the business through increased referrals
* Proven organisation and time management skills
