LOCATION
Our team is based in Brisbane, however as our organisation grows, we are open to considering aremote working environmentfor the successful candidate. Travel to Brisbane will be required on a monthly basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for aPrincipal Power Systems Engineerto join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive technical excellence across a range of power system studies using tools likePSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim.
You'll bring your expertise inend-to-end grid connection processes, guiding the technical delivery of complex studies and ensuring seamless integration with the grid. Your experience withgenerator performance standardsand a deep understanding ofSchedule 5 of the NERwill be key to your success.

ABOUT YOU
You're a driven and experienced professional with a passion for power systems and a collaborative mindset. You bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to lead, mentor, and make a real impact in the renewable energy space. Ideally, you'll bring:
A degree (or higher) inElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
Senior-Principal level experiencedelivering complex, high-voltage grid connection projects—ideally across design, build, and commissioning phases
A strong focus onhealth, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ), with a knack for inspiring teams and driving great results—both commercially and for our clients
Great people skills—you know how to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and work with customers and senior stakeholders to find the best way forward
Chartered status with Engineers AustraliaandRPEQ registration(or you're actively working towards it and keen to get there)
