What You'll Be Doing
* Support our lead Sales Agent with day-to-day sales activity
* Drive prospecting — calling warm leads, nurturing relationships, following up enquiries
* Attend opens & inspections, engage with buyers, collect feedback
* Guide clients confidently through the sales journey
* Assist with listing presentations, research and market analysis
* Coordinate property marketing — photographers, stylists, copywriters, signboards
* Keep the sales pipeline organised and moving
* Assist with negotiation and offer management when required
* Be the organisational anchor that keeps everything running smoothly
