As a Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces throughout south-east Queensland 
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. 
Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently 
Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment 
Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard 
Complete service requests as required 
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for? 
Previous experience in tractor operation 
Valid Manual HR Drivers Licence 
White Card 
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually 
Be punctual and reliable 
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months 
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
