Job Title: Expedition Team Assistant
As an Expedition Team Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily tour operations. This includes preparing boats and vehicles by performing tasks such as fueling, conducting safety checks, and ensuring they are in good working condition.
You will welcome and assist guests during boarding and transfers, providing a positive and memorable experience. Additionally, you will maintain clean, safe, and presentable vessels, vehicles, and visitor areas to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include assisting with manifests, guest transport, and logistics, while also participating in cultural and tourism training to enhance your guiding skills. You will promote park experiences and activities, and work closely with Indigenous cultural ambassadors to support cultural engagement.
