Operations Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and daily coordination.
* Manage site access, inductions, and compliance documentation for personnel and equipment.
* Collate and verify timesheets and activity reports for accurate invoicing.
* Assist with purchase orders, variations, and other commercial documentation.
* Maintain accurate WBS and Work Order tracking in client systems.
* Prepare and submit professional client correspondence and documentation within required deadlines.
* Coordinate communication between workshop, logistics, and operations teams to ensure project efficiency.
* Maintain organized filing systems for all operational records.
Requirements:
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising across all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems.
