Pulse Staffing solves staffing challenges for the private and public hospital sector across Australia. We supply quality casual, contract and permanent registered and enrolled nurses. As part of the Acacium Group, a global leader in healthcare and childcare staffing, we combine deep sector expertise with a strong operational backing.
We're now hiring an Account Manager to support and grow our client base. You'll build relationships with nurse unit managers, hospital coordinators and relevant key stakeholders across the hospitals and match them with exceptional nurses and workforce solutions.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow relationships with existing hospital clients
* Fill client vacancies with suitable casual and permanent nursing solutions
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across Sydney, Victoria, Queensland and Adelaide
* Work closely with our candidate services team to grow our talent pool
* Help create job ads, screen applicants, and assist with onboarding
Who You Are
* Strong experience in account management, client service or recruitment
* Comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a Hospital to build relationships
* Must have prior work experience in Australia
* Excellent communication skills with both clients and our nursing workforce
* Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
* Current driver's licence required
* Comfortable with using and promoting our technology to track clients and jobs
