About the role
The Executive Assistant / Board Support Officer provides a range of high-level executive and secretariat support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors at both WDHS and CMH.
This role supports a robust governance framework and helps the Boards meet their governance obligations.
It ensures timely and expert executive coordination, communication and diary management, and coordinates high-level committees, meetings and related forums chaired or convened by the CEO or Board Chairs.
You will coordinate the submission of reports, briefings and related documents for the CEO and Board, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and efficiently executed within both organisations.
Reporting directly to the joint Chief Executive Officer of WDHS and CMH, this role operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and excellence are paramount.
Confidentiality, integrity and trustworthiness are essential as you manage sensitive information.
Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience providing support at a senior administrative level, including advanced computer skills, are required.
Responsibilities
Provide executive and secretariat support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors at WDHS and CMH.
Coordinate governance activities, meetings and related forums; manage diary and communications.
Coordinate submission of reports, briefings and documents for the CEO and Board.
Ensure clear communication and efficient execution of tasks across both organisations.
