**About the Role**:
The development of an experienced Internal Customer Service team is essential to the growth and evolution of our business, and our ability to look after our employees and close associates.
Based in our Singleton office, this newly created team will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales admin and customer service support to our employees, suppliers and others who work closely with Minetek.
While customers are our top priority, you must be able to extend that same level excellent communication, problem solving, multitasking and team work to our own employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining records of correspondence
- Processing personal accounts and filing documents
- Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Managing ETA's, returns, warranty claims and general order queries
- Work closely with other teams to find solutions and optimize processes
- Ensure complaints or complications are resolved quickly and expertly
- Assist other areas as required
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Resilient and solution oriented attitude
- Basic data entry knowledge
- A technical aptitude and/or interest in the heavy industrial sector beneficial
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Able to work towards deadlines and KPI's
- Prior experience with HubSpot, beneficial.
- Prior experience in a practical sales or customer service role would be considered highly advantageous.
