We’re on the hunt for an inspiring and dynamic Manager to join our Geelong Business Advisoryteam! This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and mentoring a talented team of accountants.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive support and deep business understanding.
• Provide strategic, commercially-minded advice as a trusted business advisor beyond compliance.
• Manage client portfolios and deliver timely, accurate, and value-driven business advisory outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support client growth and firm development.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing internal processes, systems, and service delivery.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in business advisory
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounting standards, tax compliance and advisory services.
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering practical, value-adding client solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• A client-first mindset with a passion for building trusted, long-term relationships.
