Evaluation Lead - Strategy and Reform
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in health service evaluation, with experience in data analysis and strategic planning.
This role is responsible for leading the development of evaluation frameworks and methodologies to support the implementation of new service delivery models across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
* Developing and implementing evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness of new service delivery models.
* Collaborating with senior executives, clinicians, and program leads to align service changes with NSW Health strategy utilising Quadruple Aim.
* Preparing clear, evidence-based reports, business cases, and briefings that inform high-level decision-making.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in health economics, evaluation, applied analytics or a related field, or equivalent work and study experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing business cases, economic appraisals and strategic briefings.
* A collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders across clinical, policy and finance teams.
