Full time SIL Home Shifts | 7–10 Hour Days | 6–7 Day Rosters
Are you a compassionate, qualified, and experienced Support Worker ready to make a real difference?
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in for Supported Independent Living (SIL) home shifts.
About the Role:
- Shift Length: 7–10 hours per day
- Roster: 6–7 days per week
- Location: Canberra & Goulburn
- Setting: Supported Independent Living (SIL) Homes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support work or a related field
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check (current)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must have full work rights in Australia
