About The Role
* We're seeking qualified Maintenance Supervisors to join our team on a full-time basis.
* Ideal candidates will have experience overseeing skilled trades in planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance activities.
* This is a unique opportunity to contribute to national defence capability in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Oversee planned maintenance and repair works, audits, and optimisation of assets.
* Provide ongoing support and leadership to the trades and maintenance team.
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and Defence contracts.
* Actively supports transformation programs.
* Accurate work order allocation to timesheets.
* Oversee contractor safety frameworks, onsite compliance, and SWMS.
* Proactive contractor management of key performance metrics.
* Contractual compliance through site assessments and initiate necessary work orders or quotes.
* Manage client requests and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

About You
* Trade certification.
* Operational leadership experience within Defence or complex environments.
* Working knowledge of WHS legislation, committees, and safety culture development.
* Experience supervising subcontractors and liaising directly with clients.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* A valid C-class driver's license.
* Defence Security Clearance eligibility. Australian Citizenship required.
