Job Description
This role is a critical component in delivering the customer strategy for the bank. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient customer experiences assisting with both inbound and outbound enquiries within a specified product range, across several customer touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the voice of the customer, championing change and improvements across our customers' experience.
* Verify and update online deposit and lending applications, as well as making recommendations for account and consumer lending approvals.
* Actively seek opportunities to review customers' banking needs to identify opportunities that support all products and services available.
* Contribute to the onboarding of new customers, while maintaining existing customer relationships.
* Collaborate with and support team members throughout the bank as well as customers across all customer touchpoints.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
