About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day office operations while coordinating technicians, administrative staff, and scheduling systems to ensure efficient service delivery.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
* Coordinate technicians and crews, managing schedules, availability, travel, and job allocation
* Manage fleet administration, including servicing, insurance, and repairs
* Handle job requests, create work orders, and coordinate bookings with clients and internal teams
* Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with WHS, licensing, and regulatory requirements, with support from accounts and admin staff

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operations run smoothly between the office and field teams.

About You

The successful candidate will be well presented, confident and have:

* Previous experience in office management, operations coordination or administration leadership
* Strong organisational and scheduling abilities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience supervising or supporting administrative teams
* Confidence using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience working in a trade services, construction or field services environment will be highly regarded.
