What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?
You would be employed by Work & Training - the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
You would receive qualified guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant.
The theory side of your qualification would be conducted one-on-one in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.
Full time employment and entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year.
On completion of your traineeship, you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business - BSB30120.

Confidence and excellent communication skills,
The ability to be adaptable and work under pressure,
Organisational and time management skills,
Excellent initiative and attention to detail,
Certificate II in Business qualification,
Previous customer service experience,
Drivers license.
