If you're ready to work in a place that values your ideas and celebrates your wins, we'd love to welcome you to the team.We're on the lookout for a Relief Community Manager to join our team predominantly at our Ingenia Goulburn Gardens site.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in relieving the Community Manager in times of absence to manage the Community on a day-to-day basis, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents!
When not covering times of absence, you will provide assistance in communities as determined by the Operations Manager.Why You'll Love Life at IngeniaWe believe work should be rewarding, flexible, and full of perks:Staff discounts on Ingenia Holiday Parks, with savings that can go beyond 50%Employee referral, employee of the month, and employee of the year rewardsFlexible work schedules to suit your lifestyleIn this Role, You'llOversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and resident wellbeing, including audits, inspections, and emergency response.Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.Manage tenancy paperwork, maintain confidential resident records, and ensure compliance with legislation, lease agreements, and industry standards.Promote the community through tours, networking, and events; collaborate with marketing and residents to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.Uphold WHS standards, conduct daily site audits, manage contractor compliance, and ensure safe use of chemicals and equipment.You're Likely a Match If YouHold relevant certifications such as First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor, and have a current driver's licence.Bring solid leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, give constructive feedback, and communicate effectively across all levels.Have hands-on experience in property and grounds maintenance, and can confidently respond to emergencies and problem-solve independently.Are physically capable of performing manual tasks including cleaning, lifting, gardening, and using site vehicles and equipment safely.Present yourself professionally, are self-motivated, empathetic, and thrive in a community-focused environment where resident wellbeing is a priority.You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
