What you'll do
* Statistics of inventory amount data, trend comparison between outbound amount and order amount, and warehouse order one-time fulfillment rate, and conduct a comparative analysis of the differences between the order amount and the annual plan.
* Provide inbound priority ranking at the ANS level for BO (Backorder) parts and under stock buildup situations,
* Verify invoices for parts logistics services (including warehousing and transportation), and perform monthly budget analysis.
* Allied with regional parts specialist to double check the items in invoices, including utilization of warehouse footprint, ratio of high rack, record of ad hoc labor hours and air and sea freight cost analysis
* Analysis the weight and volume for each transportaion and generate report of 2nd packaging loading rate for further evaluation.
* Further administrative support for Parts & Accessories team as required
What you'll bring
* Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain support or warehousing administration
* Strong data tracking, reporting and invoice checking capability
* Familiarity with warehousing and transportation cost drivers is preferred
* High attention to detail and structured working style
* Intermediate Excel skills

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
